Who we are
Founded to close the gap between ambition and delivery.
The Gulf, Africa and the emerging markets beyond them are investing in energy, mobility, infrastructure and digital government. The ambition is there, and so is the technology. What is often missing is the connection between them.
UR Tranzit Group was built to be that connection. Our advisory company structures the opportunity, our technology companies bring proven products and partners into the region, and our services company delivers people and systems on the ground.

Leadership
Abdelrahman Mousa
Founder & Group Chief Executive
Abdelrahman Mousa founded UR Tranzit Group and leads it as Group Chief Executive. He has more than twenty years of business development and leadership experience in Kuwait, the UAE and Qatar across technology, telecommunications and public-sector programmes.
Before founding the Group he led regional sales for technology and training companies in Qatar and the UAE, including government technology programmes, and later founded and led companies in Qatar's ICT and transport sectors.

Governments cannot always find accountable partners, technology owners cannot always find the right markets, and good projects stall between the idea and the contract.
I built UR Tranzit to be the connection: to originate the opportunity, bring the right partners together, structure it properly and stay accountable through delivery.

What kind of group is UR Tranzit?
An international group of companies that originates, structures and coordinates projects in energy, mobility, industry, digital government and ICT. Where a project needs manufacturing or engineering, we work alongside specialist partners who hold those capabilities.
Do you invest in projects or raise capital?
No. We advise on feasibility, financial structure and partners. Where a project needs a capital process, we coordinate with firms authorised to provide it. We do not arrange or solicit investments.
How do engagements work?
Clients engage us for a single stage, such as a feasibility study or partner due diligence, or for the whole path from origination to delivery. Each engagement starts with an agreed scope and confidentiality terms.
